How long do I have to raise a dispute?

For TDS Custodial, you should raise a request for repayment by logging into your online account as soon as possible as the system allows you to carry on negotiations via our online self-resolution mechanism.

If you do not agree with the landlord/agent’s repayment request, the deposit will enter our dispute resolution process.
