TDS allow parties to resolve a dispute using our self-resolution mechanism before we accept a case for formal Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). The quicker you respond to self-resolution and clearly demonstrate you have exhausted negotiation, the quicker the case will progress.
Should you not participate in self-resolution, the case may be moved back as we must see you have tried to resolve the dispute yourselves, before progressing the case. Once a case has been accepted, our dispute process can take up to 16 weeks, this includes evidence gathering, case reviews and approximately 28 days for adjudication.
