The adjudicator works on the basis that the deposit is the tenant's money therefore the onus in on the party submitting a claim on the deposit to provide evidence to support their claim.
As a tenant, you simply need to advise TDS via the portal that you dispute the claims and why, you do not need to submit evidence if you do not feel it's relevant. Should you feel there is evidence that will support your statements, please upload these during your evidence gathering period.
