The evidence-gathering deadline has passed, why haven’t I heard from TDS?

Once all deadlines have passed, the case is placed in a queue for one of our Resolution Executives to review.

Some of their checks include:

  • Ensuring the full deposit has been accounted for,
  • The disputed deposit has been sent to TDS,
  • All attempts at self-resolution have been exhausted,
  • Key documents that are referred to are present and legible.

Once the review is complete, the case is then progressed to an adjudicator, and TDS aim to issue the decision in approximately 28 days.
