What is ‘Pre-Adjudication Review?’

When the status of your case is ‘Pre-adjudication Review’ or ‘Awaiting Evidence Review’ all evidence gathering periods have expired and your case is with a Resolution Executive who is carrying some final checks before progressing your case to adjudication.

During this review, you may be contacted by your Resolution Executive to clarify a claim, investigate a party’s unresponsiveness, request missing or incomplete missing information/documentation or try and aid you in a final attempt at coming to a mutual agreement.

There is no specific timeframe for this as there may be external factors such as further negotiation between parties, but we aim to conduct this review as soon as possible and progress your case if required without delay. If we do not require any further information from either party, you will be notified that the case has progress to an adjudicator.
