Other than the adjudicator, who will see the evidence I submit?

All evidence submitted will be available for all parties to the dispute to view via our online portal. This includes any joint tenants or landlords. It is your responsibility to make sure that you do not send us evidence which you do not want the other parties to the dispute to see.
